To submit a project request for this year’s workday
Project applications are due by January 31, although emergency cases can be considered through February.
If you would like to request help on the the Hearts & Hammers workday, please fill out the Request for Repair Work application here.
You can fill it out for yourself or for a friend or neighbor, or call or email us. If you apply for a friend or neighbor, be sure you have their permission!
If you are the homeowner, please print and sign this Homeowner Waiver/Release form and submit it to the H&H team, or you can print it out for the homeowner you are referring and ask them to sign it for you.
Once your application is received, you can expect a follow up phone call from us within 1-2 weeks.
